Constructed with heavy-duty, cold-rolled 14-gauge steel, this rack ensures long-lasting use and provides safe loading capacity up to 600 lbs when used with 3/8-inch plywood or thicker. High-quality screws are provided, and all hardware has undergone strict testing to ensure quality and reliability.

The ceiling brackets are designed to be attached to two joists, making the FLEXIMOUNTS overhead garage storage racks stable and secure. The multiple dedicated embedded mounting points in the frame allow you to securely and firmly fasten your decking down with tapping screws, and FLEXIMOUNTS provides enough screws for mounting the decks.

IMPORTANT: The product does not come with wire decks or wooden decks. FLEXIMOUNTS recommends using a 4' x 8' size and at least 3/8-inch thick plywood. You can customize the color of your wooden decks to your liking, or recycle your old wooden boards.

DIY INSTALLATION: The installation template helps drill mount holes. This overhead storage rack fits all ceiling joist spacing ≤ 24", but if the joist spacing is > 24", it only fits the ceiling spacing of 48".
